Enter the Zone of Football


I have started my IPMX journey with an appetite to learn not just about academics, but also how to get evolved as an individual. As now I am in my last term of IPMX Course I have discovered that playing Football is one of the most exciting thing and also knowing about the game and the process of developing the skill to play better .

Although, it is subjective and varies from individual to individual, Football feels great because it takes time to get into the rhythm of the game. Also, at least for me, at times it feels like I am the worst player on the field as it is also about confidence.
At moments like these when you doubt yourself, you have no choice but to find the self-confidence. You can’t run away from the field even in a friendly match. You have to play your part and contribute as much as you can.
It is this feeling of not being able to run away whether you get hit by the ball or are nervous of losing the ball that you are constantly battling while you are playing.
It does not matter where you play, it gives you ultimate satisfaction. A tackle or an interception is equally important as a goal. Every single player is equally important. All have to work equally hard. That feeling when you don't have a clue what to do with life when a match gets over is the satisfaction I'm talking about. The headed goal, the last minute interception, the perfect through ball, the teasing cross makes this game truly the best.
Whether you are playing as forward or defense or goal keeper, happiness is guaranteed.


Apart from the individual connection with the sport, key benefits of playing football :

·      It helps you to be confident

The last and biggest reason you should love playing football is the fact that it is fun. It is that simple. When you’re out there, you will see that there is nothing more enjoyable than playing this game. Often, people think that football is very competitive, but that is not the case. In reality, you will get to relax and enjoy yourself with a team of new people.
