Through the Leadership Talk Series (LTS) at IIM Lucknow, we aim to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the ground realities of the business world by inviting industry experts, academic luminaries and entrepreneurs to share their vast array of hard-won experiences.

Right from identifying leaders and role models to chasing each of them, making some cold calls, following up vigorously to coordinating the entire visit in our campus, the class owns up various activities to ensure a smooth sail. That's the spirit of brand IIML!

The learnings are enormous for us especially since we have been pseudo-cutoff from the organizations for months now in the journey of burning midnight oil and picking the nuances of management.  As you know, technology trends just carve out their way within weeks and one wouldn't want to be caught unaware at the end of an year. The other perspective of these learnings are life experiences that we get to hear of. 

Every session, every viewpoint does find its usability in the regular class discussions. And how often does one get to speak directly at length with a SVP, CFO, CEO, CHRO or an Executive director? That's the blessing beyond classroom that we at IPMX-11 have been exposed additionally to!

Till date, at IIM Lucknow's IPMX, we have had an enriching journey interacting and learning from the leaders across diverse backgrounds and industries as part of the Leadership Talk Series.

Thanks to our prolific and passionate speakers who come from various walks of life - energy sector, IoT, analytics, information technology, construction, finance and economy, strategic consulting, and the likes. Their passion to help the future leaders from IIM Lucknow is unmatchable and we can just not thank them enough for taking time out for us!

Topics ranging from public private partnership, IoT, business across boundaries, future of energy sector, leadership potential to current status of Indian economy have provided immense value addition to the MBA journey.

With the future lineup of talk series and IIML's annual events at full length, this MBA journey can only get further more exciting and resourceful.
